1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or uploading files to AsiaStream, you agree to comply strictly with all terms and provisions outlined in this document. If you disagree with any portion, please immediately cease using the service.

2. Content Ownership & Publisher Liability

AsiaStream operates as a neutral cloud video streaming and storage infrastructure. Users maintain sole legal liability for all content uploaded to their accounts. The platform strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM / Child Exploitation) - offending accounts are permanently purged and immediately reported to international law enforcement.
• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious spyware targeting infrastructure integrity.
• Intentional fraud, phishing campaigns, or coordinated malicious disinformation.

3. Payout Terms & Publisher Earnings

AsiaStream commits to transparent automated auditing and multi-channel payouts across 12 global gateways:

• Minimum withdrawal threshold is $10.00 USD.
• Standard payout disbursement windows range from 10 minutes to 24 hours.
• Automated fraudulent view inflation (botnets, spoofed proxies, auto-refreshers) is strictly prohibited. Violating accounts face permanent balance forfeiture.

4. File Storage & Inactivity Expiration

Free Tier Accounts: Files generating zero playback views for 60 consecutive days may be pruned to maintain cluster storage efficiency. Premium VIP Accounts: All uploaded files never expire and remain permanently stored.

5. Right to Amend Terms

AsiaStream reserves the right to adjust CPM payout schedules or amend terms of service. Relevant updates will always be broadcast in the system news feed so partners remain promptly informed.
